Conference & Events Management
The Office of Conference & Event Management serves as a centralized resource for all conference and event related activities on campus. Our goal is to help students, faculty, and staff, along with external groups and organizations, implement successful events on campus.
Facilities Management
The Department of Facilities Management is responsible for the maintenance, renovation, construction, and planning of the University buildings and grounds. Facilities Management has broad responsibility of all aspects of physical plant operations, including utilities, energy, custodial services, fire and environmental health and safety. The staff oversee and manage a 200+ acre campus and nearly 2,000,000 square feet of building space.
Finance
The Office of Finance is responsible for managing the University’s business affairs. This includes financial planning, the bursar office, purchasing, FACHEX and financial reporting.
Human Resources
Human Resources is committed to serving the University in reaching its mission and goals by supporting a workforce rich in skill, knowledge, and pride in our work. Each member of the faculty and staff on campus, regardless of function and responsibility, plays a vital role in the operation, progress, and success of the University, as well as in the education of our students.
Information Technology Services (ITS)
We in the ITS department at ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ University understand the vital role technology plays in the teaching and learning experience. Our mission is to provide our integrative thinkers with competitive, reliable, innovative, and sustainable technology to support teaching, learning, research, collaboration, and service. We envision a future in which ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ University's dynamic living and learning communities have limitless access to individualized information, unfettered by reliability issues, distance and choice of device.
Institutional Research
The OIR is charged with ensuring the integrity and reliability of information for effective decision-making and institutional planning. The Office coordinates the collection, organization, analysis, and reporting of all institutional data in order to provide consistent and timely information to administrators, faculty, trustees, and other internal and external constituencies. The Office produces the annual Fact Book, coordinates surveys of students and other campus groups, and serves as the primary contact for compliance reporting to state, federal, and accrediting agencies. Members of the OIR staff also initiate major research projects and provide consultation on research methods, data integrity and data base analysis, survey design and analysis, and institutional assessment activities.
Marketing & Communications
It is the role of the Marketing and Communications Division to enhance the reputation of the University and support the institution's mission and strategic plan. The departments and offices of the division serve to support students and faculty in their essential work, and to communicate the distinctive nature and value of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ experience through an integrated marketing communications approach.
